Dan and Rian grew up in rival towns (a.k.a Middletown & Walkersville) In high school, they were friends with each others friends, and never crossed paths with one another. Later, once they both graduated high school, they both attended Hood College. Yet again, still never crossing each others paths. Dan graduated college in May of 2020, whereas Rian still had about three years left of school. At this point Dan and Rian still have not met.


In the summer of 2021, Rian and Dan were enjoying much of their summer with their families. However, on one summer day in June they both decided to get on a dating app and give it a shot. Obviously they matched on the dating site and continued talking. It was once they started looking through pictures of one another they came to the conclusion... they have always been tied together in someway, it was just not their time to meet. Except this time was THEIR time.


Over the next couple of months, Dan and Rian continued getting to know each other. It wasnt until the end of October that Rian finally let him take her on a date. After the date, the rest was history. Dan and Rian continued to see each other any chance they could get. Whether it was Rian going over to his apartment to do homework while he was gaming or Dan swinging by the gym to see her for a couple minutes during her shift. All the moments they spent together were bittersweet.


It wasnt until December 10th, 2021 that Rian had finished a semester of school. Dan wanted to come by to surprise her with some things (anyone who knows Rian.. she hates surprises) When Dan arrived he had a card and fake flowers with him. Upon opening the card, it was filled with words of love, encouragement, and care, but most importantly asking if Rian would be Dans Girlfriend; to which he promised to care unconditionally until the flowers were to die (fake flowers never die!)


Ever since Dan and Rian have been together they have been inseparable making memories. They have weathered some of the strongest storms and have had some of the happiest of times. They are so excited to continue their story and for you to be apart of their biggest day to come!
